Practice Good Posture

Practicing good posture can significantly reduce the amount of stress and strain on your back and neck.

A good way to improve your posture is by consciously correcting it throughout the day. Good posture equates to your head, neck, shoulders, mid back and low back upright, aligned and centered. If you notice you are slouching or unevenly distributing weight, correct your posture immediately.  Over time, the correct position can become second nature to you.

Action: Practice holding the correct posture for 1 minute at a time.  When you catch yourself slouching straighten up for 30 seconds.
