What kind of massages do you do there?
What should i wear or bring for my Chiropractic or massage treatment?
What is the difference between deep heat therapy and moist heat therapy?

Question:

What kind of massages do you do there?

Answer:

We customize the massage and the treatment to your body and condition. We are different from other facilities because you do not have to specify or pay extra for deep tissue or trigger point therapy or any other special type of massage. We do whatever methods needed to relieve your discomfort and tightness during your session.  We find out your preferences and where you want the focus to be when we do a thorough health consultation to see where it would be best to focus your needs . We realize everybody is different and we focus our treatments and our massages according to your specific needs.

Question:  What is the difference between deep heat therapy and moist heat therapy?

Answer:

They are exactly the same. It is just  different terms for the same thing. The deep heat therapy helps to relax the muscles and joints and brings circulation to the area to help it heal faster. It is a clay pack that sits in a hot water bath and the clay absorbs the heat.  We wrap the clay pack in a special towel and then lay another towel over your back before placing the clay pack.  The heat feels great and penetrates through to relax the surrounding muscles and joints.

Question:  What should i wear or bring for my Chiropractic or massage treatment?

Answer:

Just bring your aches and pains and we will take care of the rest. Wear anything comfortable so you could feel relaxed while getting your Chiropractic or massage. You do not want to wear anything too tight for the Chiropractic session. Typically in the massage session people will undress to their comfort level knowing  you will be covered with a sheet the entire time and only the part of the body the therapist is working on will be exposed.

Hope this helps.
