Epsom Salt actually is not really an ordinary salt. It is a mineral packed with magnesium that helps on replenishing your body with energy.

What you need to do is add half a cup of Epsom Salt into your warm bath water. If you have a tub, add a cup of the salt and soak in for 20 minutes.
